Refund & Returns Policy

At Cognivault LTD, we take product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction seriously. Because our wellness products are time-sensitive in nature, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Perishable Product Notice
Many products under the NADDICT+ brand, including wellness vials and related sealed components, are classified as items that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(c), these items are exempt from standard return and cancellation rights.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is considered final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Reporting a Problem With Your Order
If there is an issue with your delivery, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Include the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of:
- the outer packaging
- the product
- the shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept the return of any:
- Perishable wellness vials
- Opened or unopened consumable products
- Items removed from their original sealed packaging
- Products that have left controlled temperature handling
This ensures product integrity and protects all customers.
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued only if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item(s) were delivered
- The order arrives incomplete
- The product is proven defective upon arrival
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds include postage only when Cognivault LTD is at fault.
5. Replacements & Exchanges
We will replace an item free of charge if:
- It arrives damaged
- It arrives faulty
- You received the incorrect product
Replacement approval is at the discretion of our support team after reviewing your evidence.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier (including GPS scan or photo confirmation), responsibility transfers to the customer.
We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Failure to collect parcels
- Theft after confirmed delivery
Please ensure your address is accurate before completing checkout.
7. Product Storage Guidance
Our products are carefully formulated and tested to remain stable through standard shipping conditions. Transit times of 5–7 days at room temperature do not impact product quality.
After opening, we recommend storing products in a refrigerator to help maintain optimal freshness. This is for quality, not safety. The product does not become hazardous at room temperature.
Cognivault LTD is not responsible for product degradation caused by incorrect storage after delivery.
8. Suitability & Wellness Considerations
NADDICT+ products are not medicines and do not treat or diagnose medical conditions. For any concerns regarding suitability, allergies, or personal health, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.
9. Updates to This Policy
Cognivault LTD reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
